US Shipping Policy

Due to recent changes to US trade policies, a global 15% tariff has been applied to all products entering the US. In order to minimize the impact on our US customers, we have opted to absorb the 5% ourselves. We will then issue an invoice for the remaining 10%, which must be paid prior to shipping. 

Shipping has also become a bit more complicated. We now have to rely on a third party courier, to transport orders to another province, which is then sent to another courier who in turn transports the orders across the border into the US. In order to not be overburdened with shipping charges, as we are already cover the second half of the tariffs as well as the shipping charges of the first courier ourselves, we will now be grouping US orders together into one shipment. Meaning we are no longer able to meet our 5-10 business day shipping policy for our US customers. However we will be offering a flat $15 shipping charge on all US orders.
