Shipping policy

All of our yarn and spinning fibre is dyed to order and will ship within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email after it has been shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 within Canada and the USA. 

Local Pickup and Delivery

Live in Winnipeg? We offer both free local pick-up and delivery for a nominal fee. To select local pick-up, you must use a valid Winnipeg address. When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email. To Pick-up your order, please contact us stating a time you'd like to come, we require a minimum of 1 hours notice, and once confirmed your order will be ready for you on our front porch swing at the agreed upon time. For delivery, you will receive a confirmation email, we will also request for a convenient time to deliver. Deliveries will be made from 7am to 5pm, 7 days a week, unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via Canada Post.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fireweed Fibre co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
